Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Create an account using the same email address used to place your order.
  2. Navigate to your order history.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the return steps provided.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  2. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund to reflect any reduction in resale value.
  3. Certain items, such as oral hygiene products and catering stock, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Refund Process:

  • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method in the original currency within 30 days of receiving your return.
  • Your bank may take an additional 3–7 working days to reflect the refund.

Free Return Labels Provided Only If:

  • You received a faulty product
  • You received a damaged product (minor packaging damage does not qualify)
  • You received an incorrect product

In these cases, please email wholesale@supamart.co.uk with clear photos of the issue to request a free return label.

Return Shipping Is Not Covered If:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You no longer want the item
  • You placed the order by mistake

You are welcome to return the item at your own expense in these cases.

Reporting Issues:

  • Any faulty, damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing items will not be resent, but a full refund will be issued following an internal investigation.
  • Please contact wholesale@supamart.co.uk to begin the process.

Disclaimer for Self-Funded Returns:
If you choose to return items without using our provided return label, you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage. Supamart Wholesale will not be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel an order before it has been packed or dispatched. To cancel, please email wholesale@supamart.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible.
